Export all your business data
Download a full copy of every record your business holds in Kila, as one JSON file. Only owners can, and every export is recorded.
Your records are yours. An owner can download everything the business holds in Kila at any time: “Full exports of every record this business holds, as JSON. Only owners export; passwords, keys and secrets are never included.”
Open Data and privacy, then tap Export all business data
The button is at the top of the page. The Exports this year card counts them: “Every download is in the audit log”.
Save the file
Kila says Export started: “Your download begins in a moment. Large businesses take a minute.” The file is named after your business and the day, such as kila-export-baraza-supplies-2026-10-30.json.
Find it again under Exports
Each export is listed with who made it and when, such as Export by Peter Kariuki. “Links work for 24 hours.”
