Fill in a checklist
Fill in the day's opening or closing checks, or a log such as the cold chain temperatures, on your phone, and put right or report what is not right.
Each branch has its own routine: checks before opening and at closing, and logs filled through the day, such as temperatures. Fill them in on your phone as you walk round. Answers save as you go, and anything not right can become an issue someone fixes.
Open Today
Go to Customers and services › Site operations, named with your word for a branch: a shop has Branch operations. Today shows your branch‘s trading day. Opening and closing lists the checks: “Ready before opening and at the closing warning; whatever is left is reported after closing.” At the Eldoret factory that is the Pre-start checks. Logs are “Filled as often as needed through the day, such as temperatures.”
Open the checklist, or tap Record for a log
Tap a checklist to open it. For a log, such as the Cold chain temperature log, tap Record each time you fill it in.
Answer each item
Read the guidance at the top first. Answer each item: yes or no, or a reading where it asks for one, such as Raw milk silo: Should be 0 to 4°C. Kila says “Answers save as you go.” and counts them, such as 4 of 4 answered. You can add a note to any answer, and a photo where the item asks for one.
Tap Complete
Kila says Done. Back on Today, the log shows who filled it in and when, such as 4 of 4 answered · done by Mercy Chebet at 06:12.
Something is not right
Link to this section: Something is not rightAn answer of no, or a reading outside its range, says Not right, with who answered and when. Tap Raise an issue so someone fixes it: the issue keeps the photo, and it is tracked until it is closed. Some items raise their issue by themselves when the checklist is completed.
If it was put right straight away, such as milk moved to a working cooler, answer again with the new reading. Say what you did in the note.
The checks are not done by closing
