Your role
Kitchen
Work the kitchen display. Start each ticket, bump its items as they are done, send them out, and switch a dish off for the day when it runs out.
Cooks, and anyone who makes what the waiters send, work on the kitchen display. Kila describes the role: “Works the kitchen display, bumping tickets item by item; makes the prep list; switches dishes off for the day, records waste and completes kitchen checklists. No sales.”
