How it works

Your role

Find your role. Each page says what Kila opens when you sign in, your day, what you can do and what needs someone else.

Everyone who signs in to Kila has one or more roles. A role decides what Kila opens when you sign in, what is in your menu, what you can do, and how much you can approve on your own. The owner gives each person their roles under Administration › Users and roles. Someone with two roles gets the higher of each approval limit.

Choose your role below. Every business has the first group; the others belong to one kind of business. To see what your business calls things, choose your business at the top of the page.

See How roles and permissions work and Add a user.
