Your role
Doctor
Your day as a doctor at a clinic, from calling the next patient to signing your notes. You see the patients in your care, order their tests, prescribe, and read the results the lab releases.
Kila describes the role: “Sees patients: notes, diagnoses, orders, prescriptions and results for those in their care. No refunds or stock adjustments.” You read and write the clinical records of the patients you care for, and Kila logs each time one is opened.
When you sign in
Link to this section: When you sign inKila opens Clinic › My patients: “Call the next one, see your results and finish your notes.” Call next (1) calls the next patient to your room: “Emergencies first, then the longest wait. The number shows on the waiting-room screen.” Below are the counts: Waiting for me, Waiting for anyone, Results to see (2), Due back and Notes to sign (3). Then the lists: With me and back from the lab, Waiting for a clinician (“In the order they will be called”), Results to see (“Released by the lab for your patients”) and Due back and notes to sign.
