Kila shows:
Chebet Karanja has KES 20,000.00 of credit left.

A customer who buys on account has a credit limit. What they can still put on account is the limit less what they owe, and the On account tile shows it, such as KES 20,000 left. This sale is bigger than that, so On account takes only what is left, and the rest is still to pay.

Needs a manager

A credit officer, a manager or the owner raises a customer‘s limit on their profile, within their own credit limit. See Set a credit limit and payment terms.

When a customer pays what they owe, their credit left grows again. See Record a payment on account.
