Your own runs and trips on your phone. Start them, deliver each one with its proof, collect any cash on delivery, and record why a delivery could not be made.
Steps differ for vehicle and equipment hire businesses.
Kila names this role with your business’s word for its staff: Driver at Swift Haul Logistics, where riders on motorbikes and drivers of vans have it. You see only the bookings given to you, and you prove each delivery at the door.
When you sign in

Your day

Start your run. A run the dispatcher planned for you shows at the top, such as Run RUN-000202: 1 stops, with your vehicle and the cash on delivery to collect. Type the Odometer and tap Start run: every parcel on it is out for delivery.

Deliver each stop. At the door tap Delivered, collect any cash on delivery and take the proof. If you cannot deliver, tap Could not deliver and give the reason. See Deliver on your phone.

A booking given to you on its own has Start: on the way instead: tap it when you leave.

End of the day. Hand in the cash on delivery you collected at the depot. My runs reminds you how much you hold.
For vehicle and equipment hire businesses
Chauffeurs see their transfers the same way, with the passengers, where to meet them and the time. The proof is the guests’ name. See Send a chauffeur on a transfer.

Changing a booking, its vehicle, its driver or its price is for the office: the dispatcher or a manager. So is sending a failed delivery out again.

Link to this section: Common questionsA parcel the office gave me is not on My runs. My runs shows only the bookings given to you. Ask the dispatcher to check that you are its driver.
The receiver’s code is refused. Ask them to read it again from their message: “That is not the delivery code for this booking. Ask the receiver to check the code they were sent.”
I collected cash. What do I do with it? Keep it apart and hand it in at the depot at the end of your run. The COD cashier counts it in with you.
