Online retailer

An online retailer sells through its own web shop and delivers to the customer, often with a counter or a store where orders are packed and collected. Kila runs it as a shop, with no extra rules.

What is special

Nothing is added or taken away: the till, the home page and the set-up list are the shop’s, and the online store is part of a shop: “A web shop for your business, where customers order for collection or delivery and pay by M-Pesa, with every order fulfilled from a branch.” Orders go out with delivery, with a driver assigned and proof of who received them.

There is no demo online retailer yet. Soko Fresh Mini-Mart has an online store as well as its tills.
