Step by step
Schedule a report
Set a report to run by itself every day, week or month, for the people you choose. Kila does not email it yet, so open it under Money › Reports.
A scheduled report runs by itself: “Reports that go out by themselves, every day, week or month.” Use one for the figures someone needs on a fixed day, such as the low stock list for the person who orders.
Not available yet
Scheduled reports are not emailed yet. Kila runs each one on time and says Report sent, but no email reaches the people listed. Open the report under Money › Reports when you need it: see Run a report. The daily summary email is sent.
Open Scheduled reports
Go to Money › Reports. Scheduled reports is at the foot of the page, with each schedule, How often, who it is Sent to, when it was Last sent and the Next time. Tap Schedule a report.
Choose the report
In Schedule a report, choose the Report, such as Stock: Low stock. Kila names the schedule after it: change the Name to say who it is for.
Choose how often
How often: Every day, Every week or Every month.
Choose who gets it
Send to starts with your own email. Add the others: “Email addresses, separated by commas. Up to 10.”
Tap Save schedule
Kila says Schedule saved: “The first copy goes out at the next run.” The schedule is on the list, with Not yet under Last sent.
Change a schedule
Link to this section: Change a scheduleThe buttons at the end of each schedule’s line:
- Send now runs it straight away: Kila says Report sent, though no email goes out yet.
- Pause stops it for now (Schedule paused, and Next says Paused). Resume starts it again.
- Delete asks first: “Nobody receives it after this.”
