Supplier portal
Your suppliers sign in to see the purchase orders you sent them, acknowledge each with a delivery date, and follow their deliveries, invoices and payments.
Steps differ for General businesses.
The supplier portal gives a supplier their own sign-in to Kila. They see the purchase orders you sent them, acknowledge each one with the day they will deliver, check what was delivered and accepted, and follow their invoices and payments. It saves the calls (“Did you get my order?”, “When will you pay?”) without showing them anything else: a supplier sees only their own orders, deliveries and invoices.

Where to find it
Link to this section: Where to find it- In your business, Purchasing › Suppliers marks each supplier who has a portal sign-in: their line ends in portal.
- Your suppliers sign in to the portal itself: its pages are Home, Orders, Deliveries and Invoices.
Switch it on

- Other businesses: the owner switches it on under Administration › Business profile, when the plan has it.
The Supplier portal is on the Enterprise plan. For a shop, a wholesaler or a producer it then comes with the business; for others it is optional, under Administration › Business profile.
For General businesses
A General business switches it on in one step: on Business profile, under What your business does, switch on Supplier portal. See Add what your business does.
On the Enterprise plan. Enterprise is arranged with Kila’s sales team.

Kila has no screen yet for giving a supplier a sign-in to the portal, so you cannot invite your suppliers yourself. Requests for quotation do not show in the portal yet either: record your suppliers’ quotations under Purchasing › Quotations.
