Step by step
Let a unit to a tenant
Let a vacant unit to a tenant with the rent and deposit. Kila holds the deposit, raises the first month's rent at once and bills the rent every month after.
A tenancy joins a tenant to a unit at a rent. From the day it starts, Kila bills the rent to the tenant’s account every month, and the deposit is held for the tenant until the tenancy ends.

- Follow up rent and arrears: the month’s rent by unit.
