Route distributor

A distributor whose reps sell from vans on fixed beats, each van's day loaded, sold, counted back in and closed in Kila.

A route distributor sells from vans: each rep has a beat of shops to visit on set days, sells from the van’s stock, collects and takes back returns and crates, and brings the van back at night. Kila runs it as a wholesale business with the road in front.

Kila sets a route distributor up with the wholesale business as it comes: no rules of its own and nothing added to the home page or the set-up list. The van’s day is what matters: the store loads the van, the rep sells on My route on their phone, the store counts the van back in and someone other than the rep counts the cash and closes the day.

None of the demo businesses is set up as a route distributor. Mombasa Road Distributors’ reps sell from three vans the same way: see Sell from the van on your route, Close a van day and Set reps’ beats and targets.

The main screen is Orders (take, pick, deliver).

Rules it follows:

None. Kila's standard rules apply.
