Training centre

A training centre runs courses with intakes, bills each intake's fees, and grades by competency, with certificates.

A college or training centre teaches courses, often to adults, in intakes. Kila runs it on the same screens as a school, with a training centre’s own words.

No demo business is a training centre. Kila starts one with these choices, which the owner can change in School settings:

  • Courses and intakes. Classes are courses and terms are intakes; the guardian who pays is the sponsor.
  • Competency grading. Courses are graded Competency (training): competent or not yet competent.
  • Certificates. Numbered certificates for courses are on; boarding, transport, the gate, the sick bay and check-in are off.
  • The principal signs off. Report cards are signed off by the principal.

The fees office, billing, the paybill and statements work as for a school: see Schools and daycares.

The main screen is Students and fees.

Rules it follows:

None. Kila's standard rules apply.
