Step by step
Find a customer and see their history
Search the customer list by name, phone or number, then open the customer to see what they bought, what they owe and their points.
Every customer has one record with their whole history: what they bought at each branch, what they owe and since when, deposits they paid ahead and their loyalty points.
Search for the customer
Go to Customers › All customers and type in the search box: part of the name, the last digits of the phone number, the customer number, the email or the KRA PIN. The switches Owes money and Has a credit limit narrow the list.
Open the customer
Tap the customer in the list. Their page opens on Overview.
Read the overview
At the top: Lifetime spend, Visits, Average basket and Owes on account, with what is overdue. Below are Spend by month for the last 12 months and the Open invoices: “Payments settle the oldest invoice first.”
On the right: the Profile, the Credit account (how much of the limit is used, what is left and the payment terms), the Money held for them, their Loyalty points and their Consent to offers.
See what they bought
Tap Purchases. Each sale, return and quotation shows its number, date, items, where it was made (the till or an invoice, and the branch), its status and total. Tap one to open it.
The other tabs show the rest of the history: Statement (every charge and payment on the account), Agreements, Collections, Loyalty (every point earned and spent) and Deliveries. A tab shows only when its feature is on for your business.
Tip
Export, at the top of the customer list, saves the list as you see it to a file, customers.csv.
