Fixing a problem
Your role cannot change prices. Ask a supervisor.
The price on a line is locked for your role. Leave the price, give a discount within your limit if the customer is due one, or ask a supervisor.
What it means
Link to this section: What it meansWhen you tap a line in the cart, the line editor shows the unit price. Your role sells at the price Kila has for the product; changing it is for a supervisor. You can still give a discount, up to your limit, which the same editor shows: Your limit is 5% of the line.
What to do
Link to this section: What to do- Leave the price as it is.
- If the customer is due less, type a discount in the discount field, within your limit.
- If the price itself is wrong, tell a supervisor before you charge.
Needs a manager
A supervisor or manager whose role can change prices rings the line, or has the product’s price corrected for every till. A discount above the cashier’s limit goes for approval: see Above your discount limit.
If it keeps happening
Link to this section: If it keeps happeningA price that is often wrong at the till needs correcting on the product itself, so every till charges the same.
- Give a discount: discounts within your limit.
- Cashier: what needs a manager.
