Step by step
Set up classes and terms
Keep the school's classes with their places, and its terms with their dates and the day fees fall due, under Classes and terms.
Students set-up holds the school’s classes and terms: “Classes, terms and how the students screens work for this business.” Fees are set per class, and each term has its dates and the day its fees fall due.
Open Classes and terms
Choose Learners › Classes and terms. The Classes tab lists each class with its Kind, its Campus and its Students, with the places after them, such as 16 / 25.
Tap the class
Edit Grade 9 opens with the class’s Name, Kind (Class, Course or Group), Campus, Places and Order in lists. Places is optional: it is how many learners the class takes.
Save or cancel
Under Open, Open for students is on for a class that takes learners. Change what you need and tap Save, or Cancel to leave the class as it was.
Open the Terms tab
Each term shows its Kind, its Dates and when its Fees due. The term the school is in says Current.
Tap Add
Add a term asks for the Name, such as “Term 1 2027, March 2027”, the Kind (Term, Month or Course intake), when it Starts and Ends, and Fees due by, which is optional. Save stays grey until the name and both dates are in.
Change a term
Tap the term on the list, such as Edit Term 1 2027, change what you need and tap Save. The list shows it at once.
Streams, subjects and timetable, at the top of the page, opens the academic set-up.
