Step by step
Take attendance at a class
From 30 minutes before a class, mark who came and who did not. Members who check in at the front desk shortly before it starts are marked by themselves.
The class’s list shows everyone booked. Marking who came and who did not keeps the class’s numbers true and counts the no-shows, which can pause a member’s booking.
Open Gym › Classes and timetable
This week shows each day’s classes with how many places are booked, such as 4/15.
Tap the class
The class opens with everyone booked and how their place is paid, such as Membership.
Tap Came or No-show for each member
The buttons show from 30 minutes before the class starts.
Steps 3 and 4 on one screen. Tap Save attendance
Kila says Attendance saved, with how many marks changed, such as “Attendance saved (2 changed).”
Check the list
Each member shows what you marked.

The Came and No-show buttons are not there
