Step by step
Record a fitness assessment
Record a member's weight, body fat and measurements on their page. Kila keeps each assessment with your name and draws their progress over time.
An assessment is a check of the member’s body at one moment. Recorded every few weeks, they show whether the training works: the member’s page draws each measure over time.
Open the member's page
Open Gym › Members, search for their name or number in Search members, and tap them.
Under Assessments and progress, tap Record an assessment
The measures are Weight (kg), Body fat (%), Waist (cm), Hips (cm), Chest (cm) and Resting heart rate (bpm), with Notes.
Type the measures you took
Fill in only what you measured: every measure is optional. Add a note for the member’s next session.
Steps 3 and 4 on one screen. Tap Save
Kila says Assessment saved. It is kept with the date and your name.
Read the progress
Choose which measure the chart draws, such as Weight (kg). Each assessment is listed beside the chart, the newest first, with who took it and the note.
Save gives a message

The member’s answers say see a doctor first
Link to this section: The member’s answers say see a doctor firstTheir page says “The health questionnaire says see a doctor before training. Ask for the clearance letter.” and the health questionnaire shows See a doctor first. Trainers may read the answers: tap See the answers (“Opening this is logged.”). When the member brings the letter, type who signed it and when in Clearance letter seen (doctor, date) and tap Doctor’s clearance seen. The front desk stops asking for it.
Good to know
Health answers are sensitive personal data. Only people given the right see them: the owner, the gym manager and the trainers. The front desk and the membership consultant record the questionnaire but cannot open the answers.
