How it works
Service charge and tips
The owner sets a service charge that Kila adds to the bill, and tips are taken with the payment. Both are the staff's money, held apart from sales until a share-out pays them.
“Tips and a service charge shared with staff are their money: held apart from revenue until a share-out pays them.” The owner decides how both work; Kila adds the service charge to the bill, takes tips with the payment, and keeps both for the staff.
The rules
