Fixing a problem

The adjustment was not recorded

The adjustment takes off more than the branch has, so Kila records nothing. Check the branch and the quantity, or count the stock if the record is wrong.

Find it
Inventory, then Adjustments, or search adjustments in Kila
Kila shows:

Only … of Bottled water 1L available here. Nothing was recorded.

An adjustment that writes stock off can take off only what Kila has at that branch. This one asks for more, so Kila records none of it: stock and the books are as they were.

The quantity (2).A new stock adjustment at Head office writing off 500 bottles of water as damaged: The adjustment was not recorded. Only … of Bottled water 1L available here. 1. Check Branch: the adjustment is for the branch where the goods are.
  2. Change the quantity to what was really damaged or lost, no more than the message says is there.
  3. Tap Post adjustment again.

If more goods are damaged than Kila says the branch has, Kila’s count is wrong. Count the product first, then write off what is damaged. See Count stock.
