Delivery officer
Kila's standard role for drivers who deliver. At a logistics business, your trips are under Bookings and dispatch, on your phone, from start to delivered.
Delivery officer is one of Kila’s standard roles: “Delivers orders to customers.” At Swift Haul Logistics, Joseph Mwangi has it: he drives the 10-tonne truck on the night line-haul between Mombasa and Nairobi and the Saturday full loads.
When you sign in

New deliveries appear here and in your notifications.”, because your work is booked as trips, not as deliveries of sales. Open Sell › Bookings and dispatch: for you it is My runs, with each trip given to you, where it goes from and to, the vehicle and the time.
Your day

- Tap Start: on the way when you leave with a load.
- At the drop-off, tap Delivered and give the proof your business asks for, or Could not deliver with the reason. See Deliver on your phone.

Needs a manager
The dispatcher or a manager books your trips, gives them your vehicle and changes them. A trip that could not be delivered goes back to them to send again.

Is this the same as the Driver role? Both deliver from My runs on a phone. Driver is the role made for logistics businesses, named with your business’s word for its staff, and opens on the home page. Delivery officer is Kila’s standard role, and opens on My deliveries.
A trip is missing. My runs shows the trips given to you. Ask the dispatcher to check you are its driver.
