Step by step
Seat guests at a table
Tap a free table on Kila Floor or the till, say how many guests, and open the table's bill for its first round.
When customers sit down, open their table’s bill. Everything you send from that table goes on it until the bill is paid, and Kila counts the covers for the day.
Tap a free table
On Kila Floor, a free table shows its seats, such as 4 seats · free. Tap it.
Set how many guests
Kila asks Seat guests at Table 5, with the table’s seats and area. Tap + or − for the number of customers. It is optional: “Counts covers and the average spend.”
Tap Open Table 5
The bill opens with the table’s name, such as Table 5 (Bill 19), and the menu opens for the first round. Back on the floor, the table shows its seats, the customers and the minutes since they sat down.
Next, add the first round and send it: Send an order to the kitchen and bar.
On the till

After Open Table 7, the till shows the menu, and the cart’s button says Add to Table 7 (Bill …): what you tap goes on that bill.
The table is booked

If these are the customers who booked, seat them from the host stand or Reservations, so the booking and any deposit go onto their bill: see Take a booking and run the waitlist. Otherwise, choose another table.
