Your role
General manager
You run the business day to day across every branch. You compare the branches, decide what they send up within your limits, and keep the stock, buying and money moving.
Kila describes the role as “Runs operations across every branch.” You see each branch side by side and decide most of what the branch managers, buyers and accountants send up, with higher limits than theirs.
When you sign in
Link to this section: When you sign inKila opens the home page for every branch: “Here is how Mwangi Hardware is doing across all branches”. Further down, Sales by branch compares them over the days you choose.
