Supplier returns and warranty
Track what suppliers owe you for goods sent back until it is settled, and take customers' warranty claims from the counter to the supplier and back.
Goods go back to suppliers when they arrive wrong or damaged, or when a customer brings back something that failed under warranty. Either way you are owed a credit, a repair or a replacement, and without tracking it the money quietly disappears. This module follows each return to a supplier until it is settled, and each customer’s warranty claim from the counter to the supplier or manufacturer and back, tied to the serial number and the original sale.
