Customers keeps one record for each customer, used by every part of Kila: who they are and how to reach them, what they bought, what they owe, what they paid ahead, their price list, their loyalty points, bookings, jobs and agreements. Kila calls them by your business’s word: patients at a clinic, guests at a hotel, members at a gym.
