Customer portal
Your customers sign in to see what they owe, pay instalments by M-Pesa, read their statement and receipts, and book or follow their orders.
The customer portal is a signed-in web page where your customers look after themselves. They see what they owe and their instalment plans, pay an instalment by M-Pesa, look at past purchases and receipts, read their account statement, book and cancel appointments, check their loyalty points and offers, follow online orders, and keep their contact details up to date. It saves branch staff phone calls, and customers see the same figures you do.

Not available yet
Most businesses have no screen yet for giving a customer a sign-in to the portal. Two do: a school or daycare gives a guardian the Parent portal from the guardian’s page, and a law firm gives a client access under Client portal. See Portals.
