Your business

Cleaning services

A cleaning business works at its customers' sites, booked for a crew on the day board, with regular visits on contract.

A cleaning business sends its cleaners to homes, offices and sites, once or on a regular contract. Kila runs each visit as a job at a site, booked for a crew.

Kila gives a cleaning business a Sites menu section: Day board, Job board, My visits (each cleaner’s own), Quality checks, Regular visits for contracts, Front counter, Labour rates and operations, Follow-up calls and Workshop settings. Its words are jobs, materials and cleaners, its set-up list adds Regular site visits, and a Site supervisor leads the crews.

There is no demo cleaning business. The day board and site visits work as they do at the demo installer, Jua Power Solar: see Tell the customer you are on the way.

The main screen is Job board.

Rules it follows:

None. Kila's standard rules apply.
