The module behind this screen is not part of your business's plan, or is switched off. Your records are safe: the owner changes the plan or switches the module on.

Link to this section: What it meansKila is made of modules, such as Point of sale, Stock and Loyalty, and a business uses the ones its plan includes and it has switched on. The screen you opened belongs to a module this business does not have now. The first line says why: here, the module is not in the business’s plan. Nothing is deleted.

- Tap See plan and modules. Under Not on your plan, Kila lists the module and the plans that include it.
- Ask the owner whether the business should have it.
Needs a manager
