Step by step
See your payslips
Open My payslips on your phone to see each month's net pay, and open the payslip itself with your earnings, deductions and net pay.
Once a month’s payroll is locked, your payslip is in Kila. Nobody else sees it on this page, and each time it is opened is recorded.
Open My payslips
Go to Money › My payslips. Kila says “Only you see these here. Each opening is recorded.”
Find the month
Each line is one month, such as September 2026, with its pay day.
Check the net pay
Net pay is what you were paid after PAYE, SHIF, NSSF, the Housing Levy and any advance taken back. Paid shows once the business has paid it.
Tap Payslip
On a phone, slide the table to the left to reach it. The payslip opens as a PDF, to read, save or print: your earnings, each deduction and your net pay.
