Step by step
Set your rates
Parcels are priced from rate cards by route and weight band; trips and hires from rates by the km, kg, hour, day or passenger. Kila prices every booking from them.
Your prices live on the Rates tab of Sell › Bookings and dispatch, in two parts. Parcel rate cards price parcels: “A parcel is priced by its chargeable weight on the most specific card: the customer’s own, then the service level, same town, and its zones. Service levels without their own card add their surcharge.” Below them are the rates for “Trips, hires and other bookings: the base plus the price per unit (km, kg, hour, day or passenger), never less than the minimum.”
