Job cards
Work orders for things you work on over hours or days, with an estimate the customer approves, labour, parts, a check of the work and one invoice.
Steps differ for General businesses.
A job card is a work order for something you work on over hours or days: a car, a phone, a site visit. It carries the item’s details, an estimate the customer approves, the technician, labour time, parts reserved and used from stock, a second person’s check of the work, and one invoice at the end. It also shows whether the job made money.
