That is more than is left to pay

In a split payment, the part you typed is bigger than what is still to pay, so Kila takes only what is left. Type the part this payment covers, then take the rest.

Kila shows:
That is more than is left to pay, so this payment takes KES 2,500.00.

You chose Split payment and typed an amount for this payment that is bigger than what is still to pay. Kila does not take more than is left: this payment takes the amount it names.

  1. In Amount of this payment, type only the part this payment covers.
  2. Choose how this part is paid, such as cash.
  3. Take the rest the same way, until nothing is left to pay.

If the customer hands over more cash than the part, type what they gave in Cash received: Kila works out the change for the cash part.
