Quality controller
Your day on Quality checks, testing finished work and passing it, so the customer is told it is ready, or failing it back to the technician with the reason.
As a quality controller you are the second pair of eyes: Kila says the role “Checks finished work against the job card and passes or fails it before the customer is told it is ready. Works on no job of their own.” At a repair shop you are the bench tester, at a garage the road tester, at a laundry the person who checks and bags each order.

Your day
Link to this section: Your day- Take the oldest first. Each job shows the item, the technician, the checklist and how long it has waited.
- Pass it. Tap Pass: the job is ready and Kila texts the customer. SMS is in test mode, so the text stays in Kila’s message log and does not reach their phone yet: the counter calls them. See Tell the customer a job is ready.
- Or fail it. Tap Fail, write What failed and tap Send back: it goes back to the technician with your reason.
“Need to answer item by item? Open the job card, Checks.” There each item of the checklist, such as Bench test before ready, gets its own result and note.
