Step by step
Rebook a client before they leave
Book the client's next visit at the desk while they are still there, with the same service and the same person, on the day Kila suggests.
A client who leaves with their next visit booked comes back. Once the client has arrived, their visit offers Rebook before they leave: the same service with the same person, on a day Kila works out from the service.
Open the visit
Tap the client’s booking on the diary. A visit that is done and paid shows Done and Paid on with its sale number, such as Paid on S-000602.
Tap Rebook before they leave
Kila fills in Next visit and Time, and says how it chose them, such as Same service with Purity Muthoni. Suggested 5 weeks on, as the service says. Change the day or time if the client asks for another.
Tap Book next visit
Kila says Rebooked and gives the new booking, such as Next visit booked: APT-000684, Tue 8 Dec, 10:30.
Good to know
Kila suggests the weeks the service itself gives: 5 weeks for a locs retwist. The owner sets the weeks for a service that gives none in the front desk settings, as Rebook after (weeks), when the service says nothing. Not now closes it without booking.
The person is busy at that time

Kila says Not rebooked and why, such as Purity Muthoni is booked 10:30 to 12:30 (APT-000683, Locs retwist and style plus 15 minutes to reset). Choose another time or staff member. Change Next visit or Time and tap Book next visit again, or use Find a time on the diary.
