Your role
Project lead
The project lead at a consultancy, agency or IT firm runs projects and retainers: the team, the budget and scope, the retainer hours and the month's bills.
No demo business has this role yet, so this page describes the role as Kila sets it up.
Kila describes the role: “Runs projects and retainers: the team, the budget and scope, retainer hours, and the month’s bills.”
