How it works

Your supplier portal

Sign in to see the purchase orders a business sent you, acknowledge them, and follow what it received from you, your invoices and its payments.

A business that buys from you and uses Kila can give you a sign-in to its supplier portal. There you see the purchase orders it sent you, confirm that you will supply them, and follow your deliveries, invoices and payments, without phoning the buyer.

Open the business’s address, such as mwangi-hardware.kilabiashara.co.ke. The page says Sign in to Mwangi Hardware: “Use the email and password Mwangi Hardware set up for you.” Type your email and password and tap Sign in. Your supplier portal opens: “Karibu, Kibet. Orders from Mwangi Hardware to Simba Paints Ltd.”

If Kila says the email and password do not match, type them again. If you have lost your password, ask the business.

Good to know

The business records your invoices when they arrive: you do not send them through the portal. The portal shows only your own orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
